After attending high school in Nürnberg (Germany), I did a voluntary social year at the Birkenwald Hospital in Nürnberg. During this time I realized that I wanted to be a physiotherapist as I've always had the desire to help people.

I completed my professional training as a physiotherapist from 1997 to 2000 at the School of Physiotherapy in Deggendorf.

Then I gained ten years of professional experience in a rehabilitation clinic in Bad Windsheim
where I enjoyed exercising a variety of different therapies (including water therapy), both in orthopedics as well as in the field of neurology.

My patients were treated both in individual and group therapy and I also gave lectures. During this time I received qualifications as certified manual therapist and Bobath therapist.

In 2008 I graduated with a diploma in physiotherapy. I also published articles in two journals on "physiotherapy with patients after total knee replacement" in “Physiopraxis”(04/2009) and a further discussion of "Physiotherapy treatment following a hip implant" in “Praxis Physiotherapie”  (01/2010).

The year 2010 I spent in Mexico and Colombia, where I not only enjoyed learning about the land and the people, but also obtained new insights working at a physiotherapy practice there.

In summer 2011, I became a certified yoga teacher at "Yoga Vidya". Yoga is an important part of my life that gives me a lot of strength and health.

In November 2011, I started my own business in Germany. I led a small meeting house with yoga classes, massage and physiotherapy.

But having enjoyed living in Mexico so much, I decided to move there permanently in July 2012.
